Jackleberry Safaris is located inside the Masai Mara reserve, in one of the prime areas, right in the middle of the reserve. It is close to the wildebeest river crossings. Our camp is 2 kms from the Olkiombo airstrip.

One of the advantages of staying inside the reserve is you don’t have to wait for the gates to open in the morning and fight all the vehicles coming into the reserve. You also don’t have to rush out in time to reach the gates before they closing, perhaps missing the early morning or late evening action, which is when the animals are out.
